At bakedd, everything we serve has a story, and it starts here, behind the scenes, where tradition meets craft every single day. We believe great food starts with great people. Our team of bakers, pastry chefs, and baristas pour their skill and care into every step, proving croissants in the early hours, shaping sourdough by hand, and whipping fresh cream for cakes just before opening. There are no shortcuts here. Every process is deliberate. Every ingredient is chosen with purpose.

From the 3-day sourdough fermentation to our hand-rolled Turkish simit, we stay true to time-honoured techniques while adding a touch of bakedd creativity. Seasonal fruits are prepped in-house, herbs picked fresh, and you’ll often find us testing new flavours in the kitchen between morning rushes. We bake and cook throughout the day so there’s always something fresh, warm, and made with heart.
