Baking fresh every day has always been our priority at bakedd. That’s why, while the town is still fast asleep, our day begins at 3:30am. From weighing and mixing to proving, shaping, whipping, filling and baking, the process continues all day long. We’ve done this every business day since 25th September 2017, and we’re still just as excited to serve you fresh bakes each morning.
artisan bread
Our artisan bread is handcrafted with time, care, and the finest ingredients. Each loaf is slow-fermented and baked fresh daily in small batches, using traditional methods that honour centuries of baking heritage. From the golden crackle of our San Francisco sourdough crusts, to the rich, chewy centres of our tin-baked sandwich loaves, every bite tells the story of real bread. We use only the finest ingredients, no preservatives, no shortcuts, just honest, flavourful bread made the way it should be. Our artisan selection is perfect for your table, your toast, or your favourite sandwich.
pastries
Our pastries are a celebration of precision, indulgence, and pure joy. Every morning, our pastry chefs craft a fresh selection of buttery croissants, delicate danishes, and seasonal fruit tarts, using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. We laminate our doughs by hand, using rich cultured butter to create a light, crisp texture and deeply developed flavour. From the crackle of a golden almond croissant to the soft layers of a still-warm pain au chocolat, each pastry is made to delight the senses.
Butter Croissant – Flaky, golden, and melt-in-your-mouth.
Almond Croissant – Filled with frangipane and topped with toasted almonds.
Vegan Fruit Danish – A perfect mix of vanilla and hazelnut with a vegan pastry base, finished with berries.
Bacon & Cheese Buns – A perfectly filling brioche bun with smoked back bacon and melted cheddar, lightly seasoned.
Borek – Filo pastries rolled with various fillings such as spinach, feta, or potato. Perfect any time of day.
Pastel de Nata – Portuguese-style egg tarts with a brûléed top and creamy centre.
We bake throughout the day, so you’ll often find pastries still warm from the oven. Enjoy them with one of our expertly brewed coffees or take home a box to share.

Sandwiches at bakedd are anything but ordinary. Crafted with care and layered with flavour, each one begins with our freshly baked artisan bread and premium ingredients. Our fillings are thoughtfully chosen, from slow roasted vegetables and marinated cheeses to free-range meats and crisp seasonal greens, because we believe great sandwiches start with great foundations.

Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Simit – Traditional Turkish bagel.

Pastrami, Emmental and Horseradish – Served in our signature ciabatta bread.
Enjoy in-house or take it to go. Our gourmet sandwiches are perfect for lunch, a picnic, or a hearty mid-morning bite. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available, and we’re happy to toast or customise any order.

Our cakes and tarts are crafted to be as beautiful as they are delicious. Whether you’re celebrating something special or simply craving a slice of something sweet, every creation is handmade in-house with premium ingredients, from real butter and the finest flour to Belgium chocolate and seasonal fruit. We balance flavour, texture and design in every bite. From delicate pastry shells and silky ganache to airy sponge and rich cream fillings. Our display changes with the season, but the quality and care remain the same.
Carrot Cake – A moist, spiced cake with tangy cream cheese frosting and toasted walnuts. A house favourite.
Lemon Tart – Zesty curd, buttery shell, and a touch of chocolate.
San Sebastian Cheesecake – A creamy Basque burnt cheesecake. Hurry, it doesn’t last long.
Frangipane Fruit Tarts – Almond-rich filling with cherry, pear, or apricot dressing.
Pistachio Cream Swiss Roll – A classic roll, rich with pistachio kernels and finished with strawberries.
Whole cakes are available to pre-order, and we always have a rotating selection of individual tarts, slices, and mini cakes in our display. Perfect with a pot of tea or a glass of dessert wine.
